Refund policy

1. Introduction

This Refund Policy (hereinafter the “Policy”) governs the conditions under which users (hereinafter the “Users” or “Customers”) may request a refund for digital products (hereinafter the “Products”) purchased on the Market platform, a service of SIDL CORPORATION .

2. Absence of right of withdrawal for Digital Products

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content provided instantly after purchase and which is not provided on a physical medium. Consequently, once a Digital Product has been purchased and downloaded by the Customer, no refund is possible, except in the exceptional cases mentioned in this Policy.

3. Accepted refund cases

Although Digital Products are not subject to the right of withdrawal, a refund may be considered in the following situations:

  • Defective Product: If the downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete, or unable to be opened due to a technical problem not related to the Customer. In this case, the User must provide proof of the defect within 7 days of purchase.
  • Product Error: If the Product downloaded is not the one purchased (e.g. an incorrect file is provided), a refund or correction may be offered.
  • Product not as described: If the downloaded Product does not match the description provided on the platform, or if it lacks essential features mentioned. The Customer may request a refund after verification of this non-conformity.

4. Cases where reimbursement is refused

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The Customer simply changed his mind after downloading the Product.
  • The Product was used or consumed after downloading.
  • Customer does not have the software or hardware necessary to open or properly use the Product.

5. Reimbursement request procedure

To request a refund, the Customer must follow the following procedure:

  • Send a request by email to customer service at the following address: contact@sidl-corporation.fr .
  • Include the following information in the request: order number, Product name, date of purchase, and description of the problem encountered.
  • Provide any evidence of the issue (screenshot, error message, etc.) to facilitate analysis.

After receiving the request, Market customer service will verify and respond within 7 business days to indicate whether the refund is approved or denied.

6. Reimbursement period and terms

If the refund request is approved, the refund will be made to the payment method used for the purchase within 14 business days after validation. No refund will be made to a payment method other than the one used for the initial transaction.
