1. Subscription Types
We offer three types of subscriptions: Basic, Premium and Pro, each with specific features and download limits.
Monthly Subscriptions:
- Basic Offer : Allows up to 5 downloads per day .
- Premium Offer : Allows up to 20 downloads per day .
- Pro Offer : Allows up to 50 downloads per day .
Monthly Options for all subscriptions:
- Access to all Premium content.
- Priority download.
- Regular updates.
- Search and filter products.
- Product preview and demo.
- Usage rights and licenses.
Annual Subscriptions:
- Basic Offer : Allows up to 55 downloads per day .
- Premium Offer : Allows up to 150 downloads per day .
- Pro Offer : Allows up to 250 downloads per day .
Annual Options for all subscriptions:
- Access to all Premium content.
- 24/7 support.
- Priority download.
- Regular updates.
- Search and filter products.
- Product preview and demo.
- Usage rights and licenses.
2. Conditions of Use
- Subscriptions are personal and cannot be shared. Each user must have their own account to access the subscription features.
- Download limits apply on a daily basis. Unused downloads do not roll over to the next day.
3. Payment
- Subscription payment is due at the time of ordering. Subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of the selected period, unless the user chooses to cancel before the due date.
4. Cancellation of subscription
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current period. To cancel a subscription, simply send a request by email to contact@sidl-corporation.fr.
5. Changes to subscriptions
- We reserve the right to change the terms of subscriptions, including rates and options. Users will be notified of changes by email and will have the opportunity to accept or decline the new terms.
6. Liability
- We cannot be held responsible for any service interruptions that may affect access to subscription content or features.
