Referral Program

The Market Referral Program allows users to earn rewards by recommending our platform to other users. By participating in this program, you agree to the following terms.

1. Eligibility

The referral program is open to all users registered on the Market website . Referrals must be active users who have already made at least one purchase on the platform.

2. How Sponsorship Works

Each registered user receives a unique referral link that they can share with their contacts. When a person (the "referral") uses this link to register and makes a purchase or subscribes to a subscription on the site, the referrer receives a reward equal to 5% of the amount of the referral's first purchase .

• The referrer will only receive rewards on the first purchase made by the referral.
• The referral must use the referral link at the time of registration. Any registration without using the referral link will not be counted in the program.

3. Referral Rewards

Referral rewards are 5% of the amount of the referral's first purchase. This amount will be credited in the form of a voucher or credits usable on the Market platform .

• Referral credit can be used for any purchase of products or subscriptions on the site.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals a user can refer.
• Referral Credits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

4. Conditions of use of Referral Credits

Credits earned through the Referral Program must be used within 12 months of the date of receipt. After this period, the credits will expire and will no longer be usable.

Credits can only be used for purchases or subscriptions on Market . They cannot be used to cover shipping or other external fees.

5. Restrictions

The Referral Program may not be abused. Prohibited practices include, but are not limited to:

• Creation of multiple accounts by a single person to benefit from the reward.
• The use of fake accounts or fictitious identities.
• Spamming or any other means of abusive distribution of the sponsorship link.

SIDL CORPORATION reserves the right to disqualify any user who does not comply with these conditions, to suspend the accounts involved and to cancel the referral credits obtained fraudulently.

6. Modification of the Program

SIDL CORPORATION reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Referral Program at any time without notice. In the event of modification, the applicable conditions will be those in effect at the time the referral was made.

7. Limitation of Liability

SIDL CORPORATION shall not be held liable in the event of malfunction or interruption of the program for technical reasons or reasons beyond its control. However, we undertake to restore the program as soon as possible in the event of a problem.
